The new Hastings Bridge is a 21st-century landmark for the Hastings region. The most noticeable component of the new Bridge is the main Span with its two arch ribs. The Hastings Bridge is the longest free-standing tied-arch bridge in North America at 545 feet in length and 104 feet wide.

AFT performed two 3,600-ton axial STATNAMIC™ load tests on 42-inch diameter, 185-foot long steel pipe piles. Two 700-ton lateral STATNAMIC™ load tests were also performed and used the proprietary Downhole Lateral Motion Sensor (DLMS) developed by AFT. AFT also performed Mini-SID inspection, CSL testing, drilled shaft calipering, and drilled shaft inspection services for this iconic project.
